| You will need: 1 small pkg Philly Cream Cheese Light 1/2 cup Mayo Cilantro Paprika Cayenne Black Pepper Garlic Worchestershire ----------------------------- Yellow or Orange Bell Pepper Avacado (2 if small or you like them alot, more if you're in the SCA) Tomato (same goes) Green Onions, not all of the whites & most of the greens Cheddar Cheese, grated fine Crackers (various but sturdy) ----------------------------- Mix in a bowl the first group ingredients, the herbs & spices are for taste so you can add however much you like. Prepare a surface to spread this bottom layer on to by covering with tin foil, tape the edges down on the bottom. Or you can be frilly and use a flat platter or plate that has been chilled. Spread out evenly (it is thin) over the foil and refrigerate for now. Next, cut up the toppings really small (small enough to fit onto crackers, but still big enough to distinguish). Spinkle the toppings on the cooled base in layers. Tip: dry off the cut up tomatoes by putting them in a strainer with a piece of paper towel, you'll have a less messy dip :) |
