Attitude: We want optimistic people who have fun playing the game and like to raid. Taking some guild activities seriously is good but some times things will go bad for whatever reason. When this happens we don't want people who are going to be whining and complaining because that will just make matters worse. When stuff does go wrong we will do our best to make sure it goes 100% better the next time. That is the attitude we as a guild want.

Class knowledge: You must know how to play you charecter class as well. For example, one must know every spell of his or her class. This statement represents when to use a certain spell and when not to. You must know your role. If you wear cloth then you better know not to take agro from the plate wearers. You must know all your abilities and when to use then and when not to. you must know your limitations as well.

Discipline: You must have this. You will need to be able to listen and follow directions on raids. You will need to do this without question, argument, or debate. If you break a rule the consequences will range from a warning to (in extreme cases) guild removal.

Levels: As we move further into the game and progress, we will require all members to be level 60. If you are not level 60 then you will be required to play your main charecter mostly until he or she is level 60. We will also require you to play your main charecter on raids since that was the charecter we invited and need in the guild.

Maturity: We are adults in this guild and people will be expected to behave like proper adults. With that said there will be adult discussions and language in guild chat some times. If you can't take that or are too immature to deal with it then maybe this isn't the place for you.

Guild Status: You must not have any charecters in another guild if you are a member or want to be a member of this guild. The reason for this is because we want people to be commited to this guild. If you are on an alt that's in another guild and we call a raid then you will miss out on that raid and any loot that may drop for you and you will also not be there to help out this guild. Having your main or alts in another guild is grounds for removal from Imperial Might.

Punctuality: WE will require you to know your way around the game. When a raid is called you will be expected to be at the raid location as fast as possible.

Attendance: As we progress further into the game there will be raid attendance. Members will be expected to keep there raid attendance above 50%. The higher the better. 50% is the bare minimum. WE really want members who can maintain an attendance of 70% or better.

Loot: Looting of rare, epic, and/or bind on pick up items will be done on a need before greed basis. This means players who can use and get the most benefit from an item will be allowed to roll on that item. Players who can not use or receive very little benefit from an item will NOT be allowed to roll on that item. As we progress through the game loot will eventually be distributed by a merit system. In the merit system the officers and council members will decide on who receives the loot. The biggest factors in deciding who receives loot will be raid attendance, loot history, contribution to the guild, need, and benifit. Players with the highest raid attendance, contribution to the guild, need, will receive the most benifit from the items will be the most likely to receive them. If one has received loot recently then it will be unlikely for one to receive loot again that night.

Play nice: We will play nice with other players and other guilds. We will hold ourselves to the highest standards, and do onto others as we will like to have done to ourselves.

Raid communication: On raids players will not be allowed to type in raid or guild chat. You can chat in raid if its about the raid or to ask questions about the raid. Guild chat will be reserved for officers to give orders or tactics during the raid. Should you have any suggestions or comments voice them to your group leaders who will voice them to the officers for consideration.

Negativity: Negativity is not allowed and should you feel yourself as a whiner or complainer then your presence will not be welcomed in Imperial Might.

Looting Continued: Players interested in only recieving loot only for themselves are considered loot hogs will not be tolerated in this guild.
