Here's one I found when doing a project for a class. It has sound files for pretty much every Looney Tunes character that has ever been created plus some video clips and other Looney Tunes stuff. It sounds kind of childish but they're fun to mess around with.

Like online games? This site has the largest number of interactive material (on their site plus links to others that use their software) I've found on the web. You have to download some software but it's relatively small and you can use it on many sites throughout the web.
