Outside:
Remove existing closed in front porch, reinstate original trims, remove insulbrick siding and install new siding, new windows to side sunroom
Inside.
Remove all lath & Plaster, electrical & plumbing by other trades. Install new drywall throughout. Ceramic tile to kitchen, laundry washroom on main floor and bathroom on first floor
Install pre-stained 3/4" cherry hardwood to living areas
