YES, a New Name and New Site
As you may have noticed we are now called "Hearts Of Hope".
The new address is:
The Yahoo! Groups will be switched over to the new name within the next week.
Faces of CHD
I loved the name suggestion soooooo much...it grabs you.
So I worked like a mad woman (part of the reason this is so late)
and switched the site over to a new web address,
so be sure to bookmark the new site.
We will be coming up with a new banner with new wording...
so stay tuned for that to come out.

Dad's ONLY Email Support Group This is a list for the fathers of children with Congenital Heart Defects. There are LOTS of lists out there, but 99% of the members are ladies (No Offence ladies!) so this is a place for us dads to kick back, discuss things as we see fit, and generally ask questions!

Feature Craft:
Bear in the
Big Blue House Craft
Bear is made with a toilet paper tube, a printer, a piece of paper, some crayons, scissors and glue. I always prefer to use a heavy paper (like construction paper), but it isn't necessary.
Templates and further instructions
Honouring our soldiers that died in battle for our
country. Americans honour their own, whether it be
today, July 4th, or whenever.
But the soldiers are honoured in our countries.
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the dead. Short days ago
We lived, saw dawn, felt sunset glow,
Loved, and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders fields.
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields.
1 cup shredded cheese
1-1/2 cups diced chicken
1 can mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped pinento (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
