Hearts of Hope United is looking for a "catch phrase" or "slogan". Something that says what we are all about or perhaps what Hearts of Hope United means to you. For example the CHD Quilt Project Uses: This is what we are after....have some ideas?

Families Raising Awareness
Hello, My name is Kitty and I am the
CHD Awareness Beany Bear. I am named after a little girl who passed away waiting for a heart transplant and I have a very big job to do. Won't you help me promote greater awareness of Congenital Heart Defects and Organ Donation? Kitty represents the thousands of our Angels that are lost each year to CHD. She reminds those living with Congenital Heart Defects that those Angels are watching over them and live in our hearts.

Welcome to Hearts of Hope United NEW Prayer Request List.
We all know how stressful it is to have CHD affecting your family. So, when you need some extra prayers for an upcoming surgery or even the next cardiology visit, please let us know and we will be happy to include your request in our next list. One of our members suggested this great idea and is also volunteering her time and efforts to take the requests and put out the list....THANK YOU DEBBIE!
If you wish to receive the prayer list,

The CHD Awareness Quilt Project, Inc. is always in need of fabrics to continue our volunteer work. We use 100% cotton fabric and we are always in need of any style of blue for our background. We also can use any childrens themes and are always looking for angel appliques in order to customize the blocks to the individual child. Childrens themes only need 1/2 yard. Chris Mundt and Cathy Schweinberg are volunteers for the project and you can privately email them for an address to send these fabrics.
You can also go to the CHD Quilt Project Page to see if there are any specific fabrics they are searching for.
