Individuals and families can help sponsor a quilt, by purchasing one (or more) hearts to be hung on the CHD Family Tree.

Silver Hearts $100
Gold Hearts are $500

The front of the heart can be in honor/memory of a CHDer or can list the name of a heart family you would like to honor. The reverse side will bear the name of the purchaser. All proceeds will benefit The Congenital Heart Defects (CHD) Quilt Project, Inc. These funds will be used for purchasing quilt materials, organizing various quilt shows/events and raising awareness of congenital heart defects.

CHD Quilt T-Shirts and pins will be available for advanced purchase prior to the day of the show. The CHD Quilt T-shirts are $16.00 each. Pins are $6.00. Shipping is extra. The T-shirt and pin set is $20.00. If you order and prepay by May 23, 2003; the T-shirt/Pin set is just $17.00! The set will be sold for $20.00 at the show. All items can be picked up at the show. Sizes are available in 2-4, 6-8, 10-12 and 14-16 youth as well as Adults sizes S-XL. Sizes 2X-4X are available for an extra charge.
