You have reached the home page of The Coburn Family. I wanted
to dabble around with some web pages, while using my pal Tammy Hanson's
graphics. If you like what you see, please click on the link below to
go to her page and explore some more sets. Also check out a exclusive set that she made and a poem that was written just for me by a good friend, Kathalise, called Moonlight
The Coast Guard has decided that we need to live on Long Island for
a while, so here we are. The area is great and the kids absolutely
love their school which keeps them extremely busy.
Amanda is now 9 -- going on 18. She is in the fourth grade, in girl scouts, learning to play the trumpet, involved in the Jason project at school, as well as the Glee Club and Chess club. Let's just hope her grades continue to be good.
Matthew is 8. He is in the third grade and doing wonderfully. He is playing football again and is a cub scout. He is a great student and as luck would have it, has the same teacher as last year and doing great.
Kyle is 5. He is a big kid now because he goes to Kindergarten all day, just like his big brother and sister. He gets along wonderfully with all the kids at school and in the neighborhood.
If they are all in school, what I am to do with all that free time
to myself? I have been busier than ever. I am working more and seem to always have something going. Great news for me lately is that since May, I have lost a total of 37 pounds.
David? Well, he is still hanging in there at the Coast Guard base. He has a wonderful command. Of course, with military life there is always pressure but he is doing his best to maintain his cool.
Where would you like to go?
