Some people will be your friend

because of whom you know

Some people will be your friend

because of your position

Some people will be your friend

because of the way you look

Some people will be your friend

because of your possessions

But the only real friends

are the people who will be your friends

because they like you for who you are inside

A friend is someone who reaches out for your hand...

and touches your heart....

A friend is someone

who knows the song in your heart,

and can sing it back to you

when you have forgotten the words.

Friends are angels who lift us to our feet

when our wings

have trouble remembering how to fly.

Friends are Flowers

in the garden of the heart.

can cross the path of our destiny

without leaving some mark on it forever.
