I
ran to the window and to my delight;
the world was covered in 2 feet of white.
I
hurried through breakfast with no time to waste;
I had to get out there - I had to make haste.

I
pulled on my boots, my coat and my hat;
now where in the world are my mittens at?
Dressed
in warm garb, from my head to my toes;
I waddle outdoors, snowflakes tickle my
nose.

It
must be the angels in heaven above;
throwing down snowflakes for children to love.
The
snow is so fluffy, so light and so clean;
it must be an angel snow machine.

I
scooped up a snowball and threw it up high;
it landed so softly right smack in my eye.
My
play is now ended, it's time to head in;
"Hot chocolate and
cookies?", I ask with a grin.

A
day full of snow fun delights in my head;
as I snuggle for slumber curled up in my
bed.
God,
please bless my mom, my dad, and my sis;
and bless the snow angels with a heavenly kiss.
