In the past, I was posting the idea of a "Prequel" to certain Disney movies. One of them that stood out broadly in my mind was BatB. Basically about what they were like before the events of the movie . Such things like what inspired Belle's love for books and what happened to the servents before they worked for the Beast.

I scanned this image from the video cover of B5's "In The Beginning". I thought it had an artistic feel of what I was looking for.

The person in the center, BTW, is the Prince. I thought that angery expression behind the castle was kinda cool to see.The ballroom being the only thin lit was also something intersting that I wanted to try. IMO, there is something particuarlly haunting about seeing a huge house with only one or a few windows lit.

I think what's also most intersting for me about this is that almost all of this pic came from things that I've scanned: Belle's face, Beast's. The castle. The poster itself. The only thing that isn't is the Prince's, which I got out of the BatB:EC DVD.
