Many must not be aware there is a Borchardt site on GenForum. It's been there for sometime, but only two postngs. My father, Albert Victor Borchardt, II; his father same name, the 1st. b.in Germany about 1865, came to America, date unknown. Of all the names I've researched this is my brick wall.

Actually owned an onion farm which is now downtown Morton Grove. I know he had several brothers that latter came to the US.
