Ham and Pork Loaf

2# ground ham
2# ground lean pork
3 beaten eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1 1/8 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. dry onion flakes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/8 c. dry mustard

Mix egg, meat, and crumbs, milk, salt & pepper, and dry onions. Pack into a loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Pour off any excess juice.
Combine b.sugar, mustard, and sprinkle over loaf and bake another 30 minutes.
