Peanut Butter Fantasy Fudge =========================== Makes: about 2-3 dozen squares, depending on how large you cut them Note: this recipe is based on the Fantasy Fudge recipe found on the Kraft marshmallow creme jar. 3/4 c. (1-1/2 sticks) butter 3 c. sugar 2/3 c. evaporated milk 8 squares (8 oz.) Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, broken into pieces 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme 1 t. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts 1 bag (12 oz.) Reese's peanut butter chips Grease a 13"x9" baking pan; set aside. Using a 4-quart microwave-safe bowl, heat margarine on High for 1 minute or until melted. Add sugar and evaporated milk; mix well. Microwave on High 3 minutes; stir. Microwave 2 minutes more, or until mixture begins to boil; mix well. Microwave 3 minutes; stir. Microwave 2-1/2 minutes more. Let stand 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate until melted. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla; mix well. Stir in nuts and peanut butter chips. Pour into pan. Cool at room temperature; cut into squares.
