| 1. Are your products authentic? YES. Rest assured that what you will get from us is 100% authentic and brand new. 2. Do you accept other payment method other than BPI, GCASH and Smart Money? YES. If you request to pay us via Western Union we shall accomodate you. 3. Do you give discounts for multiple purchases? NO. It's stated in our auction descriptions that a buyer is entitled for a free shipping if and only if you will win 5 or more of our auctions. 4. Do you do meet ups? For perfume buyers only. We shall accomodate meet ups anywhere within The Fort Global City. 5. Do you ship via LBC, JRS or any other courier? NO. We will only ship your items via Xend Express for Metro Manila addresses and Air21 for provincial addresses. 6. Do you ship worldwide? NO. We only ship within the Philippines. 7. Do you combine items won? YES. As long as the items you've won and recently bidding is 5 days apart from each other. I will send you the combined invoice after all the auctions. 8. When should I expect my package to arrive after I've paid for them? We're doing our best to ship the items as soon as possible. However, we have set a cut-off time when receiving payments. Mondays thru Fridays - 12 NN Saturdays - 11 AM Payments received after the cuf-off time will be shipped the next working day. 9. I'm in a hurry of buying an item from your list. How do we go about it? BUY IT NOW option is available upon request of the buyer. You can reach us through "Ask seller a question" found in the auction page. 10. Do you accept refunds or returns? NO. We have tried our best to describe the items as detailed as possible. We also post the actual pictures of the items for auction. If you are uncertain about the description, specific color or other details, try to contact us first before placing any bids. 11. I'm a zero feedback buyer, can I bid on your items? NO. We have set some buyer requirements in Ebay. Your bid will be automatically cancelled and buyer will be added to our Blocked Buyer List immediately.
