The
Natural Healing of Heart Diseases

Natural cure is a
progressive method of treatment, which aims at eliminating the basic cause of
disease through the rational use of elements freely available in nature. It is not only a system of healing, but
also a way of living in tune with the internal vital forces or natural element
comprising the human body. Naturopathic principles believes that disease is an abnormal
condition resulting from the violation of the natural laws. These violations lower the resistance or
vitality resulting in irregularity of the blood, lymph, and accumulation of
waste matter and toxins. Faulty diet has
effects on the digestive system. It
stagnates the lower bowl, the kidneys, and heart and lungs and are overworked
and they cannot get rid of these harmful substances as quickly as they are
produced.
The first and most basic
principle of natural cure is that all forms of diseases are due to the same cause. The accumulation of waste,
harmful and toxic matters and bodily waste or refuse in the body system. These waste materials through the organs of
elimination are effectively eliminated in the healthy individuals. But in the diseased person these wastes are
steadily piling up in the body through years of faulty living such as wrong
food eating habits, processed and
refined foods, salty and sweety foods, softdrinks, alcoholic drinks, junk foods, smoked broiled foods, fatty and cholesterol foods, added with
negative attitudes, lethargy, stress, worry,
over work, anger and excesses of
all kinds. The only way to deal with
such disorders is to cleanse the body with these toxic and harmful wastes
accumulated by replacing it with healthy foods, drinks and habits.
The second principle of
natural cure is that all acute diseases such as fevers, colds, inflammations,
digestive disturbances, skin eruptions are nothing more than self initiated
efforts by the body to throw off accumulated waste materials. The body needs cleansing diet, fruits and
vegetables and good nutrition.
All chronic diseases such
as heart diseases, diabetes, asthma, rheumatism, tuberculosis and kidney
disorders are the results of continued suppression of the acute diseases
through harmful methods of treatment such as drugs, contaminated vaccines, narcotics, unhealthy
foods and drinks.
The third principle of
natural method of cure is that the body contains an elaborate healing mechanism
which has the power to bring about a return to a normal condition of health,
provided right methods of healing are employed to enable it to do so. In other words, the power to cure diseases
lies within the body itself and not in the hands of the doctors or healers
except for divine healing.
Natural Treatment
Proper nutrition and
diet, moderate and regular
exercise, fresh air, sunshine,
complete rest and sleep,
scientific relaxation, regular
diet for cleansing of kidneys, liver, gall and urinary bladder, intestines
by drinking and eating fruits and vegetables, like papaya, mango,
oranges, garlic, unions, herbal coffee, herbal tea, guava tea, green leafy
vegetables, coconut water, fruit juices, right mental attitude along with
prayer and meditation, all play their
part in keeping a sound mind in a sound
body.
Readjusting the human
systems from abnormal to normal conditions, help improve the functions and the
constructive principles of nature. Such
methods remove the accumulated toxic material from the body without injuring
the vital organs. They also stimulate
the organs of elimination and purification to help them function effectively.
If the body is overloaded
with morbid or harmful matter, as in acute diseases, a complete fast for a few
days may be necessary for the elimination of toxic material. Fruit juices, fruits, water and some
vegetable broth may be taken during the fast.
A simple rule is try not to eat heavy foods when you are sick, stick to
a light liquid diet and wait for the return of a natural healthy appetite. Loss of appetite is nature's way of warning
that no burden should be placed in the digestive system.
Types of Heart Diseases
Heart disease is caused by
a variety of factors. There are many elements in our lives that may initiate
this degenerative process. Free radicals
formed by tobacco smoke, smoked or broiled fish or meat, artificial colors and food additives, fats
and cholesterols, drugs, gasoline fumes and pollution, anger and
stress, sedentary life, overworked, gasoline fumes and pollution, along with
hypertension lead to what we call arteriosclerosis or hardening of the
arteries. Eventually calcium deposits,
scar tissue, fat and cholesterol form blockages in the arteries leading to the
brain or heart and cause heart attacks or strokes.
There are many kinds of heart diseases
that generally affect people:
Arteriosclerosis is a progressive
thickening and hardening of the walls of the arteries. It is usually accompanied by a loss of
elasticity and a buildup of calcium along the arterial linings. Eventually there is a buildup of fats along
the inside of the coronary walls and heart attacks can occur.
Angina pectoris is
basically a spasm of the heart. Clogged
arteries stop an adequate supply of oxygen from reaching the heart. Pain results from this process either in the
chest, shoulder, wrist or jaw.
Coronary obstruction is caused
by sudden obstruction of one of the branches of the coronary arteries. The victim experiences extreme pain in his chest which he may
describe as being squeezed. The pain
may extend through the back, up to the neck or to the left arm and fingers.
Congenital heart disease is
a disease that occurs before birth and involves to some extent fetal
connections between arterial and venous circulations. Many children are now saved because of modern
technology.
Rheumatic heart disease is
associated with damage to the entire heart and is connected with rheumatic
fever. This condition is much less
common since the use of antibiotics has become prevalent.
Myocarditis
is an inflammation of the heart that usually occurs in older individuals. It is characterized by an enlargement of the
heart muscle due to weakness of some sort.
Cardiac arrhythmia is an
abnormal beat of the heart's upper or lower chambers. This condition is experienced as a pounding
or a missed beat.
Heart failure occurs as a
climax to long-standing heart disease.
It is caused by the inability of the heart to circulate a sufficient
quantity of blood throughout the body.
The principal symptoms are shortness of breath especially when lying
down and coughing.
If you have any of the
symptoms mentioned above it is important that you see your physician as soon as
possible. It is important to have
regular medical exams to check the heart's condition. But there is much more you can do for
yourself in preventing heart disease.
Healing the
Heart Naturally
The heart is our life, our center for
feeling, loving, nurturing, forgiveness and strength. Negative or unhealthy experiences in our
lives make us appreciate and do what is positive, healthy and righteous. What is important is the right food or drink
we put into our stomach daily and right spirit or attitude within us. Our digestive system will use the heart to
store any excess
food or drink we cannot absorb or eliminate properly. Make sure your digestive system is in proper
working order and condition.
