| Theory 1: Why HIM probably aren't going to come back to good ol' GB for aaaaaages and aaages. The "England is cheap" theory. Whilst enduring a rather boring biology lesson,nothing could save the feeling of dread that swept over me, except possibly perving on the pictures of Ville and Linde covering my school planner. But suddenly, I began to take note, because what I was seeing on the paper in front of me was the word FINLAND. As always, Finland to me is simultaneous with the following things: 1. HIM, in general. 2. Ville running around being cute in his homeland. 3. Cool people 4. Cool music 5. The fact that it is far likely to be much better than England and I really want to visit it. So naturally, what I read shocked me deeply (eeeeep!) and the i sadly realized that we suck, because Britain is causing the acid rain that falls on Finland and Sweden!!!! I mean i probably knew this already, I must have read it/been taught it somewhere before but its such a tragedy!!! finnish people might hate us!!!!!! nooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and for this reason, HIM are relecutant to return to England!!!! cos acid rain from the UK is polluting their (probably) beautiful country!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's like some sort of insane paradox aaaaaaaaaaaaggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Alternatively, it could just be that as of yet, they have no plans to tour the UK again till next year.Cursed be my fertile imagination! NOTE: I am in no way directly responsible for the acid rain n stuff, im just a silly little girl who knows not of what she speaks. the ramblings continue below... ************************************************************************************ Theory Two: HIM keyboardist owns high street retail group (!) When walking down your local high street (if u live in England anyway) then you are likely to, at some point, come across a popular retail outlet named "Burton". This obviously throws up all sorts of speculations about the true nature of this store. Who owns it? Indeed, who owns other high street stores of the same retail group, namely Miss Selfridge, Topshop, Principles, Dorothy Perkins etc?? The answer is, my friend, they are all owned by our very own Emerson Burton!! Yes, he is the sole owner if these womens fashion shops and thus explaining his own interesting style, and the recent (probable) increase in the amount of cowboy hats being sold on the high street. Ok, I haven't actually seen anybody wearing a cowboy hat as a real fashion accessory (unless you count the village people), but its an interesting theory. And if u wanna know the reason why Burton doesn't model the "Topman" range himself, that is simply because he cannot be trusted to keep the bloody clothes clean!
