In the 8th comic strip, Arch dresses up as Sailor Neptune, hence the 
title "I am a lesbian trapped in a man's body".

For those unfamiliar with the Sailor Moon show, Sailor Neptune (Michiru Kaio) 
and Sailor Uranus (Haruka Tenno) are both lesbian lovers.  Another note of 
irony to point out is that Uranus is supposedly the more boyish of the two.
