BERKS Goes to Baguio!

ABS-CBN's teen show Berks gets cool during this very hot summer by spending two episodes in Baguio. For two Saturdays in a row, the Berks barkada, including stars John Prats, Heart Evangelista, Carlo Aquino, Angelica Panganiban, Sarah Christophers, Hazel Ann Mendoza and Mark Acueza, take on the summer capital's best-known landmarks in this pivotal episode that examines parental love, romance and the bonds of friendship on May 3, and again on the continuation of the episode on May 10.

It's vacation time for the Berks freshmen, and for Brooke (Hazel Anne Mendoza), this means going back home to her parents in Baguio to celebrate her birthday. Of course, since it's her best friend's brithday, Gwyneth (Heart Evangelista) already has a plan to follow Brooke to Baguio to celebrate, with the other Berks girls tagging along.

And since things haven't been good between Gwyneth and Javie (John Prats) since she flirted with swimming instructor Craig (Diether Ocampo), and since Brooke's parents' place is already small, Gwyneth decides against talking to the boys about making plans to go to Baguio themselves. A bad idea, as it turns out - because Javie's "ka-berks" Oreo (Mark Acueza) is making his own plans to surprise Brooke, and give her the white roses he promised to give her for her birthday, wherever she may be. And so he decides to go for it - and brings Javie, Aries (Carlo Aquino), Nacho (Khalil Kaimo) and Ketchup (Michael Allan Eusebio) along for the ride.

Meanwhile, concerns about having the entire Berks barkada are becoming an issue for Brooke's parents, who were never well off to begin with, and are now faced with a dozen new mouths to feed.

How will this holiday turn out for the Berks barkada? The whole story unfolds in this exciting two-part episode, with the first part airing this Saturday, May 3 right after Knowledge Power and the second part airing on May 10 at the same time.
