Isn't broadcasting without a license illegal?

Of course it's fucking illegal! There is a muthafuckin $11,000 fine and seizure of equipment if you are busted. Just hope you don't get raided when you are running the station. Then they have someone to pin it on.

Pirate radio is fun as FUCKIN HELL!!! Imagine blasting your favorite songs on your own radio station! If you leave it on and drive around, you got the fucking mix on the air! Dude, I fuckin blast shit and bump it in my car. If your friends listen and call you, you'll hear your voice come out of their phone. It's dope! You can make live ON AIR crank calls. You can use the Shit Talker to make funny ass high tech crank calls. You can play live music or interview people.
We aren't used to questioning our right to use radios and the airwaves. We grew up corporate. We let the media control our decisions and laws. We never understood what it would be like to have more outlets for free speech. The internet is here and helps us share information quickly and easily, but only if you have a computer with you and in front of you. What about poor and disfranchised people who don't have a computer? They might have a radio though. Radio is wireless and can be in stereo. Radios are small and very portable. Years ago before NBC existed, smaller microradio stations were commen. Instead of 5-35 KiloWatts, they used 1-40 Watts. Big Business tried to snuff the tiny stations out. They wanted to dominate the air waves and the public. He who owns the media, owns the masses. Before the late 70's a person could get a Class D educational license. Schools used them, hobbiests, and for community stations. Now, Class D is dead and the laws changed that allowed corporations to own many more radio stations than were previously allowed. Smaller stations started dying. The NAB or the National Association of Broadcasters is the real enemy. The FCC is the muscle and bows down to the corporate interests of the NAB. The FCC wants the cash for whores I guess cuz those field agents are FUCKING DORKS! Go to Radio 4 ALL. Fuck the corporate Bullshit. Here's how I do it.

I use a 20 Watt Transmitter from Mighty's Pirate Radio, and a Stereo Generator from Broadcast Warehouse is included in the enclosure. I use a Half Wave Dipole which is also from BW. Belden 9913 cable is hooked up to the Comet which isn't being used now. Regular Belden 50 Ohm coax is connected to the Half Wave Dipole antenna. On the studio side I use an Aiwa receiver, a Sony 200 disc CD player, a Numark direct drive turn table, a Sony tape deck, and they're all mixed by a Behringer DX500 mixer($200 with a 12 sec sampler!) . Right now I mix between the cd player and the turn table until get more devices. I usually broadcast at around 10 Watts. I have a Comet antenna, but I need someone to help me tune it and just haven't had the time.
