Acupuncturists claim channels of energy run in regular patterns through the body and over its surface. They call these channels of energy, meridian lines.

The addictive chemical in cigarettes is nicotine. Nicotine remains in the body causing cravings and withdrawal symptoms.

A good essential blend for improving tension, and, stress so you can relax relax is: 3 parts lemon, 2 parts geranium, 1 part everlast (helichrysum). Inhale. This will help you to relax and may help you when trying to quit tobacco.

Geranium helps to balance the adrenal system, and everlast is a cellular rejuvenator. Healing starts on contact. Another strong blend that will help to heal tobacco related inflamations: Ylang Ylang, Rosemary, Peppermint, Lemon, Camphor, Eucalyptus and a mineral oil as a base solution.

Team up on Tobacco. Imagine trying to play basketball against five people all on your own. If you know someone else who wants to quit, use the buddy system to attack tobacco. This can really improve a friendship!
Once you decide on a partner, work together to quit. Go places together, and watch each other. It will be good for both of you, to see more of the world around you. Tell your partner if you slip up.

Provide support and advice. Together you can try the same programs and together and you will succeed. While you and your partner are working together to quit, you will become different people. Set a quit date together, write down your goals. Help each other to succeed
