This site is aim to promote health and better living by providing (or linking) useful information and shared experiences.
The keys to better health is simple : exercise, drink lots of water, have
uninterrupted sleeps at night, and do/eat almost everything in MODERATION.
Most problems are due to our abuse and greed. Too much of anything is not
good.
Make someone's life better and yours will be richer. It will contribute to
your emotional Wellbeing (which is important for your health). If you are a
manager, a happy employee will go all the way to make his or her family
happy, and in the end, the community will improve (what a impact this
improvement will make on the life of the next generation - a reduction in
crime and an increase in productivity).
