HEALTHY CITIES NOARLUNGA INC..
This project aims to develop effective links in partnership with government
& non-government agencies and community members while assisting to build community capacity.
Using a community development model, community members will be encouraged, enabled and empowered to participate in the CPR project.
The CPR, in broad terms, is simply a
data-base with community member's names, issues or concerns registered into categories, along with any relevant skills.
The data-base is the bridge for agencies wishing to involve community members in their service for things like focus groups, program planning, workshops or even community action.
The CPR project is currently being developed and the need to test the practicability of the project has been identified. Healthy Cities Noarlunga is currently inviting Community Centres to participate in the next steps.
Community Centres where chosen because of their vibrancy in working with their local community, and the relationship already developed in their community.
