CARDIO MUSCLE MIX 20/20/20-
This class has it all! The first 20 minutes is dedicated to cardio fitness, the next 20 minutes switches gears to body sculpting/weighted workout and last but certainly not least, the final 20 minutes of Abs, Buns and Thighs. Acomplete 60 minute well- rounded work out!
ABS, BUNS& THIGHS-A remarkable 30 minute class which concentrates on all area of the abdomen, buns and inner/outer thigh muscles and is designed to tighten,strengthen, tone.
Caution:
Frequent attendace may cause your clothes to fit loosely.
CARDIOKICKBOXING- A high- intensity combination of aerobic kickboxing,self-defense and boxing. Get psyched for an amazing workout and release of stress.
YOGA-An ancient form of exercise designed to increase flexibility, strength, and endurance through lengthening the body. This class will also incorporate the methods of pilates(see in the calender link) thus offering a complete mind and body sculpting workout.
STEP& SCULPT- This class combines step aerobics with muscle conditioning ensuring a complete cardiovascular and body sculpting workout.
MUSCLE CONDITIONING -A total body sculpting experience utilizing a variety, body bars, resist-a-balls and now incorporating pilates.
BOOTCAMP- You're in the army now! A group fitness circuit activity focusing on a total body interval blast. Numerous stations are utilized and are ever changing.
** Babysitting may now be used for Spa services.
