August 2003 saw the largest Oplan Silip Mata undertaking for San Juan. All the Clubs of the San Juan Zone pitched in to provide more than 1000 reading glasses to San Juan residents mostly senior citizens. A second batch of recipients were accomodated at the MHO 1. |
