Healing Charlottesville

Assemble Jefferson School's history past and present to increase its importance.

  1. Create an Alumnus Report for anyone who attended the school at least one class one time or attends the school today.   That would make you part of the history of those who attended the school.   To be counted here, just send an email, state your name and anything else you want to say.   You could include your email address or website for classmates to contact you.   Really, you can include any information you think might save the school.

    • Attended alternative school at Jefferson for a few months in eighth grade.   I'm now 38 and live in Charlottesville.  Blair Hawkins.   [email protected]

  2. Create a Teacher Report to include teachers, adminstrators, secretaries, janitors, coaches, volunteers, and others.   To be included here, simply send an email, state your name, relationship to the school and anything else you want to say.

  3. Any Connection Report.   Here is where everybody else who cares about Jefferson weighs in.   Those who play there, visit or just drive by.   Anyone can declare support for Jefferson School.   Anyone can create a time machine to take the future back here to Jefferson if we can't save it.

If you know of a link to other information about Jefferson School, send it by email and I'll include it here.   If you have a book or know of other sources of related information, here's the place to post it.   I'll be glad to post a link to your reports and time machines.
