| Just Another Day (NC-17) Blowing another sweaty curl out of her face Rela continued to clean the dust and cobwebs out of her spare room. True she was the only one who ever went in it and she meant to keep it that way, but out of respect of those she kept it for she wanted to keep it clean. And today was as good as any other day to do it. Just another twenty minutes and it would be sparkling clean. At least until next month when she needed to do it all over again. You ready to go?� she asked gently. With another look around the room Simeon nodded silently. He watched Rela get up and walk around the table toward him. Simeon smiled as he looked down at her. Her eyes were closed and she had a content smile on her face. He reached up and brushed more curls out of her face. As he caressed her cheek he realized that she was happy and he was the cause for it. Maybe all of his plans weren�t useless. �Umm Rel?� �Hmmm?� He smiled and kissed her again as he rested his forehead against hers. �Happy Birthday.� A broad smile broke over Rela�s face and she reached up and gave Simeon a kiss before snuggling back into him. �I knew you were up to something, but thank you for the best birthday I ever had. And to think I was going to get you a bottle of Corellian Brandy for yours.� �Oh.� Rela slowly opened her eyes to see the disappointment on Simeon�s face. She couldn�t help but laugh. She knew that he would die of embarrassment if he knew she had seen it. �Well� I guess I could get you TWO presents.� Rela informed him. She watched his face light up with a bright smile and he hugged her even closer. �I knew there was a reason I fell in love with you.� |
