PART 4:
Hello all again.
Mr. Top Hat here reporting to you in my fourth internet installment.
"Fourth Installment? What happened to the third one?" you ask. Well the answer is quite simple. I printed off "Mr Top Hat 3" and proceeded on my way to Headseed 2002's headquarters to drop off my latest masterpeice for immediate release to you my adoring public. But, what happened? Well as I walked down Route 20- Just past Freds Bait shop on the left and the Subway on the right, I was attacked! Attacked by the vicious dog of Fred Savage! The dog stole my report and took off over a fence. As I gathered my senses, I took off after the snarling beast. As fate would have it the dog was run over by a blue station wagon driven by Cory Feldman. Feldman, a horrible comedian of '80s fame took one look at the furry pup grated against his car. Feldman the master of escape that he is, took my report and called for an Space Pod that arrived within seconds to make an escape. As Feldman took off into the dark depths of space, I did what one can only do in a great moment of desperation. I called upon Super Hero Mario Cuomo. That's right, Former New York State Guv' Mario Cuomo. If anyone knew what to make of this messed up situation it was him. He morphed into his Super Governor form and took chase after Feldman, who at this time was just in the middle of traveling through a space-time continuim In a small green space pod on the other side of the planet of Zelcor. Knowing that we would never see the report again, Mario and I cross country seing great shows by bands like moe., Ozzy Osbourne, Lo Faber and many more.

Part II: Mr. Top Hat's Random Ramblings
It's been awhile since I wrote to you all,so I will inform you about recent happenings.Well first off, a lot of excellent acts have been introduced for Gathering of the Vibes and the illustrious moe-down.I saw an amazing show by moe. at SUNY Oneonta N.Y. on 3/28. The highlight was Recreational Chemistry, which they played with Shannon Lynch of Conehead Buddha, and Adam Ash of Yolk. Sources say that Shannon was the first female ever to play live with moe.

On a extremly bad note the Ominous Seapods are going on a hiatus. My own opinion is that they may not get back together. This brings an sad end to one of the Northeast's greatest bands. I hear that a few of the Seapods are going to be working on some new projects, I wish them luck.

I hope everyone has an excellent summer and maybe I'll see you on the road.~~~~Mr. Top Hat

Entry One: The Events of 3/2/01
I went to the Landmark Theatre in Syracuse to see moe. It was truly an exsquisite show even with a large mainstream crowd was in attendance. GeddyBlue and I quickly found our friend Colin well before the show started. Then we walked through the doors of the artistic theater to the sweet aroma of Cannibus Sativa. Soon the air was tantalized with the sound of "Bring it Back Home" and the theater filled with screams of delight and dancing. The cops were forced to leave alone the meddling marijuana smoking kids and listen to the music, It was Great! = ) Moe. soon jumped into "NYC", no one in the house could refrain from dancing! Later on in the set, they jammed out on OPium which went into crowd favorite "St. Augustine" and the first set ended. During the set break Colin and I discussed the first set, both of us agreeing that it was awe-inspiring but we had no Idea of what was to come.

The second set began with "Akimbo", a great tune at all times. "Brent Black" excelled all of my expectations with Chuck jamming hard into "Inna Gadda Da Vida" in the middle. Later, "Yodelittle" had a "Brain Tuba Jam" which was cool to the ears. The second set ended when "Yodelittle" turned into a Crunching "Plane Crash. As an Encore moe. coverewd the late Frank Zappa with "San Ber'Dino".
Overall it was a show that will be imprinted into my mind for a long time. This show had it all.~~~~Mr. Top Hat
This is Mr. Top Hat, He is a mutant from Upstate NY, who loves the scene. Mr. Top Hat is the Bastard son of the Queen of England and David Hasselhoff. His childhood inspiration was '80s sitcom star John Stamos. And he's running for Mayor of Moe.ville!
