Welcome to Baron Hollow, an all wizarding town that rests on the rocky shores of the Atlantic ocean. In colonial times it was a center for magical pirates and smugglers, who affiliated themselves with muggle affairs, using their wizarding expertise to their advantage. They created a catacomb of passageways through the cliffs to carry goods up from shore, and store them in otherwise legitimate businesses. The famous privateer ship The Dragon, painted a terrifying scarlet red, won many a battle on the open seas, and relieved numerous merchant ships of their cargo. This cargo in evidently ended up in Baron's Hollow, accounting for its wealth.

Today, however, the smuggling trade has long since disappeared, leaving Baron with decided historical charm. A small magical University, a thriving Tavern, and a beautiful park are among its many assets. So, explore the town, but keep in mind that things aren't always as they seem.
