| JEFF TURNS 40! This was my latest creation. A very simple present cake for my brother Jeff's 40th "surprise" birthday party. The main layer was a white cake with the small present on top being a fudge cake. The icing was butter cream. All potions of this cake were 100% edible including the ribbin which was made out of...The letters and numbers where made from white chocolate...and the black and gold flowers were confectionary flowers painted with eatable paint. |
| DWIGHT RETIRES FROM PUBLIC WORKS: This cake was made for a co-employee that was retiring from the County. He was a civil engineer that review plans for Storm Drainage compliance. In this cake, I created a catch basin with a storm pipe and headwall which lead into a drainage swell. There was also a silt fence around the basin with a walk over the swale. Everything was eatable except the backhoe it's based and the toothpicks holding up the silt fence. The Rocks were M&M's... |
| ADAM VAN HART GRADUATES FROM OSU! This cake was very difficult for me to make. Being the Michigan fan I am but it was fun nonetheless. It did leave a bad taste in my mouth but I understand Adam loved it! Everything except the graduation cap was edible. |
