Dear all fellow HDS students and instructors,

I wish to get help from you guys for the project of renovating the HDS Info website. I will be doing the design and making of the website, but I will really appreciate help, idea, and advice from any graphic and website designer. If any artist or good painter can help out designing graphics (for example, the background and the graphics shown in the homepage of HDS Info at Geocities or HDS Info at Global Web) I would be super grateful.

I am also looking for technique demonstrators. In the original HDS Info I fulfilled this role. However, I would like this website to have pictures of students from both HDS academies. Please read over the brief requirements, and please contact me if you are interested.

The basic requirement is: have the same or higher belt rank than the technique you are executing (for example, you will need to be at least yellow belt to demonstrate the yellow belt throw 'side sweep throw'). Proficiency in the techqnique is also important; please note that that although you could be proficient in the technique, I might not be able to use your pictures eventually because the pictures "don't look good", which doesn't necessarily depend on your proficiency. Please don't be deterred by these requirements though; they only serve as a guideline, and please contact me and I will have better idea of whether I would like use your pictures after I have seen your technique.

Preferablly I will be the photographer; however, you are also welcomed to submit to me pictures of you taken by other people. In that case I will contact you and let you know how should the technique be broken down into steps, and from which angle should the picture be taken. Please refer to the original HDS Info at Geocities to get an idea. But you can also make your own steps break-down, etc, (ie, take the pictures the way you see fit) and send to me, and I will use the pictures depending on its quality. The "good lookingness" of the pictures is the ultimate factor whether the pictures will be used.

Thanks for your time, and I really appreciate your input and help. I can be contacted at 604-763-3678 or email [email protected]. Hope to hear from you guys soon!
