| Paperless Tee Times and Sign-ups |
| Since Dennis is unable to help with the HDC for now, we will be asking all our members we mail to if they would like to go paperless. We would email you when it's time to sign up and when the tee times are on the web site. Printing Tee Times/Sign-ups, Sorting, Folding, printing addresses on envelops, stuffing, putting stamps on and mailing to over 60 members is a task in itself. when there is a mistake or change in the printed schedule, the golf course is the first you find out about it. Eliminating most of the mailing will help us out and give you up to date changes. You would be emailed if any of the changes affected you in any way. The next few tournaments, we will ask everyone if you are willing to get your information from our website rather than snail mail. |
