HCSNL Local Resources
Section A:

Resources:  (Advertising / Web Based / Free)

HCSNL is an interactive public service publication featuring news, events, resources, jobs, and free advertising to promote local economic development.  It is a project of HYBRID COMMUNITY SERVICES, and is distributed in paper and web formats each month.  This tool supports a wide range of social programs including the "Business Startup Program," which promotes local economic development by providing free web based advertising to businesses located within, or who service customers throughout the NYC area.  This helps to offset startup losses and operating overhead by assisting with the free marketing of products and services to our broad reader base.  Forward your ad text drafts to William Frias at:

Resources:  (Advocacy / Business & Consumer)

HCSNL is an interactive public service publication featuring news, events, resources, jobs, and free advertising to promote local economic development.  It is a project of HYBRID COMMUNITY SERVICES, and is distributed in paper and web formats each month.  This tool supports a wide range of economic and social programs including the "Business and Consumer Advocacy Project," which assists businesses and consumers by helping to resolve consumer complaints. We try to broaden communications between involved parties hoping to arrive at mutual accords. The aim is to avert litigation or boycotts that could potentially hurt local businesses or consumers. We are not third party debt collectors.  Instead, we are a New York City organization that does not operate at a profit.  As such, we are exempt from otherwise implied liability under FDCPA section 1692 et seq. There is a $350 fee required to offset labor and operating costs because we do not have private, government, or foundation funding for this program. Initiation of paid participation commences a process wherein both sides are assisted impartially.  For assistance, E-mail William Frias:
