| Helen woke me up at around 6 a.m Monday morning and said let's go!� I wanted to take a quick shower.� That was my 1st mistake. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| We decided to go ALL NATURAL with no epidural.� I was wondering if that was our 2nd mistake at 10 am. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| By 11 am, Helen was having contractions every 2.5 minutes.� We focused on our breathing techniques.� Hee-hee-hee, whew; Hee-hee-hee, whew; Hee-hee-hee, whew . . . By about 12 pm, she was fully dialated and she started to push at about 12:20.� At 12:39 pm, Josef was born.� The delivery was quick and "painless."� Helen did great and we were both very excited.� Neither of us cried, though.� Heartless, aren't we? | ||||||||||||||||||||||
