| Welding Technology 2 Semesters 6 Credits (11-12) |

| The welding student gains hands-on instruction in Oxyacetylene, Arc, Tig, Mig, and other welding processes. They also learn steel, stainless steel, and aluminum welding techniques, soldering, brazingand welding in several positions. During completer will be able to read blueprints, identify different types of welds, understand the use of different materials for welding and do related math. Students in welding technogoly may be assigned to an internship during the final semester with a related business or industry. This course is also one of four courses that can be selected for participation in the Industrial Maintenance program. |
