| About Our Organization |
Helping Challenged Children, Inc. (HCCI) was incorporated in the State of Indiana in August of 2002, Since inception, HCCI has raised over $40,000 to enhance the lives of challenged children eighteen years of age or younger in Indiana. HCCI is an IRS 501(c)(3) not for profit corporation. HCCI is open to any type of fund raising endeavor that will assist in the organizations objectives. To date there have been several successful bowling events, a golf outing, and winery tours with tasting and dinner. These are fun events that have created an awareness of the mission of HCCI. The result of our fundraisers is the granting of funds for challenged children of Indiana. All of HCCI's efforts and endeavors are on a volunteer basis. HCCI uses less than 5% of all funds raised for operating expenses. This leaves over 95% of all funds raised to grant back to the community. Helping Challenged Children, Inc. (HCCI) is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and supported by numerous volunteers that recognize the tremendous needs being addressed, and the impact made to the lives of challenged children. This mission of caring strikes deep in the hearts of all involved. |
