This program is a remake of the all time classic Stampede (Atari 2600)  
As is indicated in the name this remake is based on the box art of the  
original cartridge (kinda 3D Stampede with a Paper Mario's style)  
  
Notice: This is a demo-beta program, so the game is not complete  
and may contain some bugs.  
This game was written only for fun; no money, no registration, nothing.

System requirements:      
-------------------      
- Pentium class CPU (200MHz or higher) with 16M Ram.      
- PCI (vesa compatible) video card.  
- 3M of free hard disk space.      
- Joystick (optional)      
- Dos 6 or higher (Windows 9x, Me) -not tested on W2000/XP-    
      
      
Installation and execution:            
--------------------------           
-Extract all files in a new folder like: 'C:\GAMES\STAMPEDE\'      
-At the dos prompt type STAMPEDE and press [ENTER] or double click the  
 file 'Stampede.Exe' if you are using the Windows explorer.       
    
Keys:    
----  
Use the Joystick/cursors to move and any Joystick button(1-4) or [Ctrl]  
or [Space] to shot.    
J     = Enable or disable Joystick (enabled by default)     
[ESC] = Exit.    
     
  
Quick instructions:    
------------------    
Score as many points as possible by roping as many dogies as you  
can before too many stray behind you.  
Use your lasso to catch the dogies. When you ride just begin one of the  
dogies, you'll notice he'll speed up and run farther out in front your  
horse -that's useful to avoid a live missing-  
Tip: try to catch two brown cows in a short time to get a black one  
which a 1000 points value!.
