Knit - Hat & Keyhole Scarf Sets

Pattern from:  Bernat
Using:  Bernat Boa

Wandering through Wal-Mart one day, I ran across an end cap that was filled with Bernat Boa.  I thought it felt so nice, and I when I saw the free pattern pamphlet, I picked up a couple of skeins.  It had a pattern for a key-hole scarf - a short scarf with a hole at one end that after wrapping it around your neck you pulled the other end through, and it stayed wrapped up tight around your neck.  My grandmother, Grammy, made one for me years ago, out of a cream wool fingering yarn, and it's always been my favorite scarf.  It doesn't drag around off your shoulder, you can tuck it nicely inside your coat and it looks like an ascot or something.  After knitting the first two - one for my daughter and one for my son, I decided that they knit up so quickly, maybe I could actually make one for all the girls for Christmas this year.  So my plan is to make seven sets of these.  Ha!
