The voice repeater shall enable the communication between ham radio operators within the mountainous area of the Swiss south eastern alps. It also helps ham radio skiers to reach rescue and it serves as standby for general rescue action.

The repeater uses CTCSS (subaudio) at 141.3 Rx and Tx to protect against interference.

Mountain station of the Davos Parsenn cable car system accessing the famous Davos – Parsenn skiing paradise with its about 5 miles long runs to Küblis. The location of the station is exposed to high winds and lightning.
The station is difficult to access outside the winter season.
