What many dont realize is that people can live almost indefinitely without food, as long as they have water to drink. Water hydrates the body, keeping it healthy enough to actually burn those calories. Despite what some pro-anas say, drinking water ice cold WILL NOT make your body work harder to "warm up", therfore significantly increasing your metabolism. Nomatter how cold that water is, you wont burn more calories than if you drank water at room-temperature. Also, the more water you drink, the better your chances of sticking to your plan. Water can fill your stomache up, and help you prolong your fast. |

1. Burn an few calories by cleaning your house. Don't just throw stuff into the closet or under the bed. ORGANIZE! WASH! SCRUB! VACCUM! Stay active! You will thank yourself later when you can lay back and realize that you have accomplished something! 2. Drink tons of water, tea, diet soda. Anything to heep you hydrated and your stomache full. You won't feel the hunger if you're stomach is already full of zero-cal liquid. 3. Dance! put on your favortie dance music and bust a move. Dnacing is somethign everyone enjoys. (as long as no one's watching right?) Dancing is great, as you work a variety of muscles simultaneously. 4. Make a pro-ana site, or create your own progress journal. Pack it with pictures of your favortie celebs, thinspiration, quotes, thoughts, meal plans... ANYTHING you think might affect your journey. 5. Get an open diary, teen open diary, a myspace, or a xanga, and network with other anas around the world. It really helps you to stay on track if there are people you can look to for support. 6. HEY! get up and get moving! walk around the block, take your dog to the park, do anything to get active! Of course you could always go to the gym... |
