![]() The Republican monopoly on our government is polarizing an ever-growing number of citizens. The Democrats running for president are busy fighting amongst themselves , and have preached nothing but hate for the Bush regime. Even if a Democrat were elected president in 2004, there would be little change in the status quo. The left's rhetoric is a mirror of the right, except for a couple inconsequential issues. If w e really want to see something change in our country, we must work for it, we must promote, and we must vote for it. The Washington Post and Scripps-Howard News Service have both recently published articles about third parties' potentially influential effect on the 2004 election. It is today that we must stand up and voice our opposition to the endless cycle of Republicans and Democrats in this country. To get a change, we must vote for change. |
