| Kackie grew up in Texas and New Hampshire, and now lives in Idaho. She loves movies, music, and especially, writing. She was born in 1986, and has been writing stories since she learned to write. She makes jewelry, and builds websites. She loves Enya's music, soundtracks, 70's and 80's music, Kenny Chesney, Shania Twain, Keith Urban and other country artists. Her favorite movies are Finding Neverland, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Edward Scissorhands, Pirates of the Caribbean, Phantom of the Opera, the Back to the Future Trilogy, Sleepy Hollow, The Frighteners and the Star Wars movies, among others. Ask her about her favorite movies and she'll have a list ten feet long. My favorites are probably "The Lord of the Rings" books, "The Winter Prince" by Elizabeth Wein, "The Dark and Deadly Pool" (which is mostly light and funny!), "Sugarcreek Inn," by Sharon Snow Sirios, "Lucky Man," by Michael J. Fox, "Walking with Frodo," by Sarah Arthur, "The Wainscott Weasel," "Among the Hidden," by Margaret Peterson Haddix, "Emma" and "Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen, "The Count of Monte Cristo" and sooooo many others! I know that books can really have an impact on people, characters can become as dear as friends, friends you want to revisit many times...
