For obvious reasons it reminds me of the dress worn by Mme. Giry in 'Phantom of the Opera', so I couldn't resist doing some famous Mme. Giry poses.
It's a bit more 1890's than 1880's with the puffed sleeves, but of course, one can't be too picky! I wore this for Halloween in 2000.
