DJ U-Neek's Bone Thugs Instrumentals was released on June 5, 2003 under Bone Thug Records.
Available only through BoneThugsRecords.com this album was promoted with a limited edition bonus DVD which includes Bone's first performace with Eazy E and the Making of Bone's 1st Video "Thuggish Ruggish Bone" as well as a 8 x 10 Glossy Photo of BoneThugs N Harmony w/ Eazy E. The album insert also has promotions for it's current Bruce Hathcock's It's Your World EP and Leatha Face Legends Pt.1 album. Adds also say to be on the lookout for a full album from Bruce, Wish Bone, The Knieght Riduz, Ghetto Pharmacist Vol. 2, Leatha Face Legends Vol. 2, Fear No Evil, and Dummy Man (The Movie).

The bonus DVD runs just under an hour and features their exclusive first live performance as Bone Thugs N Harmony with Eazy E. DJ U-Neek talks inbetween the different play, he is also the one video taping the behind the scenes footage from the original Thuggish Ruggish Bone shoot in Cleveland. After the "Making of..." they also have the video. DJ U-Neek goes indepth about first meeting and recording with Bone. You also get two Kingpin videos, Doctor Doctor and We Come 2 Serve 'em.
