Motions
Water schedule change to every day, 7am to 12 noon and 4 pm to 7pm: Approved
That Robert Barnhouse be expelled from garden, locks to Eden Gareden and Whitman corporate office be changed immediately; letter of notice of membership termination and right of appeal to be sent by jq: Approved with one objection by Sandy Frost.
That two rototillers be bought, one large for the market gardens and one small for the use of members. APPROVED
(John will check mnutes of Admin. Meeting for amount of approved expense.)
Rules for the Rototiller rental: The big tiller will be TOO dangerous for members to use; Flat rate fee of $20 PLUS a $10 Cleaning fee to make incentive to clean it before return. Appproved.
