Administrative Committee Meeting

Present:     John Quintero, Vern Morley, Stacie Chun, Bob Love, Sheila McClellan, Sandy Frost

Guests:  Jose Romero, Cris Ortiz, Richard Sauneuf

 

1. Financial report.      Stacie reported that tax filing was completed for 2004-05.  The gardens had $37,000 revenue.  She anticipates simpler filing after the SFF grant is completed on November 30 and there is no paid employee.  HCG is waiting for the last 2004-05 CDBG check from the City of Hayward.  The CDBG grant for 2005-06 will be $15,000.

 

Stacie Chun announced her resignation as of December 31, 2005. 

 

 

2. Grow the Garden project report submitted by Estrella Phegan.   Attached is a review of her original job description and what was actually performed and accomplished. 

 

 

Tentatively scheduled for the week following October 2^nd, the officers will meet to discuss transitioning of responsibilities with Stacie’s pending resignation.
