Administrative Committee Meeting

Present:  John Quintero, John Swarr, Sheila McClellan, Sandy Frost

Absent: Vern Morley, Bob Love

 

NOTE: No meeting was held in December 2005.

 

The Vice President submitted a financial packet including annual ledger of expenses, monthly account sheet for January 2006, shed deposits report, proposed 2006 modification of greenhouse budget, account activity for the checking account with current balance as of 1/30/06, project narrative for the community gardens, and separate Administrative Committee report.

 

This report was approved by the committee. 

 

April 8 was selected for elections, garden party and tomato presentation by Fred Hempel.  

 

Administrative committee meetings will be held on the last Monday of the month at 3:30 initially then in the near future at 6:00-6:30 pm as work schedules change.

 

Date will need to be chosen for the Operations Committee meeting.
