What Hayseed says: It's not the best story I've ever read in my entire life, but I'm rec-cing it because the premise is so absolutely stupid that the story winds up being quite spectacular when you take that into account. I mean, if you'd told me that I could read a P&P/LotR crossover and not think it was the dumbest thing ever, I wouldn't have believed it. And yet, here we are.

What Hayseed says: This fic will always have a soft spot in my heart as the first R-rated P&P story I ever read. And Abigail is an engaging author, so I feel justified in making this my first rec. It's also noteworthy that there is also a PG-13 version of this story that has a completely different storyline (the plot diverges around Chapter Ten). It's also quite good, too.
