It seems to be a form of stress release..And it's much easier than excersising(My definition of Yoga...).




I have been in some "not-so-good" situations lately and I guess I just needed a place to vent....what better way? Maybe in the process find some peace within my self and realize that even though I feel really "out of the loop", I am really never alone..
