Bed Time Prayer


Lying here on my bed
All kinds of thoughts, going through my head
As I say, my bed time prayer
In hopes and wishes, I do declare
How I long, to be there
From the day we met, it's amazing
There's so much, love, My heart sings
You touched me deeply, touched my soul
With joy and laughter 
On that day and each day after
I wonder, what lies down the road
God only knows, what the future holds
How each and everyday, will unfold
On my mind, in my heart, you stay
I hope and pray, night and day
God will be my guide
He'll help me decide, the path to take 
What a difference, it'll make
